Indian Yoghurt Raita

Raita is a dip made by mixing spices with yogurt. It can be enjoyed with a variety of Indian food like chicken curry, wraps, etc.

Items you'll need
6 Tbsp. Yoghurt
2 Tsp. Cumin Powder
1 Tsp. Red Chili Powder
1 Tsp Pepper
1 Cup Water
1 Tsp Lime Juice
1 Tbsp Chopped Cilantro
 Salt to Taste


STEPS
1)      Add all the spices to the yoghurt.


2)      Add Water and mix well.


3)      Garnish with Cilantro.



ENJOY WITH PULAO AND CHICKEN CURRY!!
